Gerard Blue, MDRT

Founder

Gerard is a successful insurance professional in the financial services industry—among the top 1% of producers, an honor for which he was inducted into the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, the premier association of financial professionals in the world. In 1991, he was recognized as a leader in business by the world-renowned New York City business journal Black Enterprise Magazine.


Gerard finds his volunteer work within the community to be his most important mission, from teaching life skills to assisting with literacy. In addition, Gerard also served as a board member of the Susan G. Komen Foundation NC, supporting efforts to cure breast cancer.


James E. Cason, II

Agent

As a licensed insurance agent in North Carolina since 2000, James specializes in term and whole life insurance as well as health insurance. His own personal story—the loss of his three-year-old daughter to a drunk driver—is what motivated him to become an insurance agent. His insurance agent at the time was a safe guide during the most difficult days.


Like that agent, James feels knowledge is power and life’s turns can happen in an instant. Because of this, along with his concern for people, James loves sharing the knowledge he has attained over the years. His joy comes from assisting others in establishing financial stability for themselves and their families to protect their present and future.


Jacqueline Johnson

A licensed insurance agent in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, Jacqueline has been serving and informing clients for 30 years. As a financial professional, Jacqueline specializes in advanced insurance planning techniques, income replacement, mortgage protection, and annuities, all to help her clients achieve their financial stability. She works with individuals, families, small business owners, and their employees to set goals and provide strategies in order to reach their retirement income goals. She has received numerous awards and accolades for her winning attitude and unmatched customer service. 


Jacqueline has always enjoyed the simple things in life—spending time with family and now being apart of the “Grandparents Club.” There's no greater love! Traveling, especially to beaches, on spontaneous daytrips, is the best. She enjoys motorcycles and cruising to the mountains on a Harley Cruiser; or just relaxing watching episodes of The Big Bang Theory!

"As a licensed insurance agent in Alabama since 2017, I specialize in term and whole life insurance. I have a strong background in serving the community in many different work fields especially in banking, so I make it my goal to ensure that those who I help get quality care each and every time. I know that most people want someone who is working for them to be trustworthy and to look out for their interests. These are values that I cherish and will make my priority. I truly enjoy helping others and helping them meet their financial goals and helping them feel as if they were treated with the utmost respect.


Outside of this, I have spent many years devoted to a volunteer work that has given me great joy. It has helped me connect with people and assist them in making decisions and changes in their lives. This work is something I truly cherish as I enjoy putting smiles on the faces of those who I get an opportunity to help.


Tony McCool

Tony McCool is an Agent at Pioneer Financial Group, specializing in retirement income planning, life and health insurance along with Medicare. As an entrepreneur for over 27 years, Tony has created a standard of exceeding the needs of his clients. He has brought that expertise to his new role in the insurance industry. 

 

His journey began after the loss of his loving mother, Catherine, in 2016. The family had to navigate through the challenges of handling her affairs after discovering she did not have life insurance. This experience fueled his desire to educate himself on life insurance and its benefits. Now, Tony finds joy and fulfillment in helping others learn how to protect themselves and their families.

 

A native of Rochester, NY, Tony resides in High Point, NC.Along with engaging in community service and outreach activities, he enjoys bike riding, roller skating, barbecuing with family and friends, traveling.


D’Andre Clayton

Agent

D’Andre Clayton is a licensed insurance agent who has been in the industry since 2016. He trailblazed his way through Teacher market serving 77 different schools in the Guilford County district. Providing counsel on how to optimize the state Pension in addition. Because of his consistent effort toward helping teachers prepare for their retirement he also was enlisted as a guest to several workshops at different high schools to speak to the student and help them understand financial concepts so that they can start their journey of financial literacy early.


To become even more useful to his senior clientele he became licensed as a Broker in Medicare which is his particular expertise at this point. Due to his efforts he has been partnered with several doctors office where he’s able to provide further assistance to the senior community and provide them Unbiased counsel to fit their needs.



D’Andre has also been featured on a local radio station for his Community Outreach efforts.


Daniel F. Forero

Agent

Daniel Forero started a new chapter in his professional life as a Licensed Life and Health Insurance agent at Pioneer Financial Group. Born in NYC, Daniel started his career in the financial district about 20 years ago and then slowly but surely moved on to the commercial side of the Real Estate business as a Fire Safety Director.


In all his previous positions, he has found that there is No Better Satisfaction than helping those around him in every aspect of their Life. Daniel rather teach and guide than simply sell something as he believes that this will ultimately lead to client’s satisfaction. He has a personal approach when dealing with people and his main concern is to meet the needs of those he serves.


Daniel is Fluent in Spanish and he enjoys Volunteer work. His main priority now is to assist future members to better understand the importance and the many benefits of Life and Health Insurance and how it can change their lives and those of their loved ones for the better.


Daniel enjoys DIY Projects and spending time with family and friends around a Barbecue.


Veronica Forero

Veronica Forero is a new Life and Health Insurance agent; she believes that putting people first and maintaining the utmost level of professionalism when working with someone, is what best defines her. She has an exceptional degree of efficiency and listening to people’s needs as well as working diligently with them to implement a plan that best meets all their concerns, is what she aims for.


She is a dedicated mother, a caring sister and daughter, and a loving wife. As a stay at home mom, the safety and protection of her family has always been her main concern and she has always been the one to help her family and others around her to prepare for life’s events. However, after experiencing the loss of two close loved ones, and living through the COVID - 19 pandemic, she realized how precarious and fragile life can be and how fast plans can change. Hence, she decided to attain her license as a Life and Health insurance agent, to continue to assist those who cross her path and help them at a professional level, to plan for life events as well as unexpected ones.


Veronica was born and raised in The Bronx, NYC Fluent in Spanish. She is the wife and the mother of two of the greatest men in her life. Veronica appreciates the simple things in life, as well as the variety of flavors that food and culture bring. She is certainly not afraid of new adventures, on the contrary, she is always up for a challenge and enjoys planning for new ventures. She is honest, and empathetic. Craig Williams is a new agent who enjoys spending time with family, friends and serving his community. Craig specializes in helping to educate individuals and families with finding the best term, whole life and health insurance protection tailored to their needs.


Craig previously ran a successful alarm security business for over 20 years. As a small business owner, he knows firsthand the challenges that small business owners face when it comes to planning for retirement. Craig is dedicated to educating individuals and small business owners with retirement planning for the future. As a grandfather, he is focused on helping to plan his grandchildren’s college education fund and knows well the strain that it puts on families having to have both parents die unexpectedly and uninsured.

Crystal Royster

Crystal Royster is a licensed insurance agent with Pioneer Financial Group in North Carolina and she specializes in Medicare and Life insurance. As a registered nurse for over 23 years, she enjoyed helping people coordinate their healthcare needs.


Crystal’s transition from the nursing field to the insurance industry started in September 2020 after recognizing the need to educate seniors and peoples with disabilities about their insurance options so that they can have access to healthcare that they need and deserve. She offers comprehensive insurance services including health, dental, vision, short term care, cancer, heart attack and stroke and hospital indemnity plans. She thoroughly explains Medicare and Life insurance options to her clients so that they can make informed decisions about what type of coverage is most important to them. So Crystal has taken nursing to another level in the insurance industry.


Born and raised in Fayetteville, NC, Crystal now resides in Greensboro, NC with her husband of 20 years. In an effort to provide service of excellent, she has partnered with several community agencies and doctors offices to help her clients navigate the Medicare maze. Outside of her professional life, Crystal enjoys dancing, traveling, reading, spend time with family, gardening, riding her bike and playing the piano.

Ethel Brown is a Licensed Insurance agent with Pioneer Financial Group specializing in Medicare and Life Insurance. With 20 years of Office Management/Administrative experience in medical and government industries, she has a passion for helping others achieve their goals both personally and professionally. 


Ethel’s journey in insurance began during the COVID-19 pandemic after experiencing the loss of a loved one. She realized that life can change in an instant which made her reflect on her priorities. Ethel then sought a career with purpose to not only help others but truly make a difference in their lives. A fellow agent and trusted friend recognized these qualities and encouraged her to join the insurance business. Ethel took on this challenge and now specializes in patiently educating Medicare recipients about their healthcare options. She also educates clients on the importance of Life Insurance. Her clients often acknowledge her patience and respect throughout the process. 



In addition to serving her community, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, organizing, dancing and listening to music.

Alisha is a recent transplant to Chicago, IL. A native of NJ, she brings over two decades of experience in the Administrative Support Industry to her new journey as an adviser. Supporting people and caring for their needs is at her business core. She will now support new clients with options that will fit them individually along with those they care for.



In her spare time, she loves all things culture, food and international travel.


Malcolm Pass

Malcolm has been licensed in North Carolina to serve the community’s needs in Life, Accident & Health Insurance along with Medicare & Long-Term Care since 2020 and believes firmly that good financial decisions begin with a clear understanding of one’s objectives and are based upon sufficient information of available options.
